Sales Associate - FinTech / Merchant Cash Advance (Base + Commission) Base Salary: $40,000 + Uncapped Commissions Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Spartan Capital is a fast-growing financial services and FinTech company providing working capital and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will speak directly with business owners to:

• Qualify funding needs
• Present financing solutions
• Follow up consistently
• Move deals through the sales pipeline This is a phone-based inside sales role with a strong emphasis on performance, activity, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls
• Qualify business owners for funding programs
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM
• Collect required documentation (bank statements, applications, etc.)
• Present funding options clearly and professionally
• Track activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Required Skills &

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or inside sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and phone presence
• Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Strong work ethic and coachability Highly Preferred (Not Required) Candidates with phone sales experience in:
• Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
• Financial services / lending
• Mortgage or loan origination
• Solar sales
• Debt settlement or collections
• Stockbroking or Forex
