Mercedes-Benz of Saint Charles is experiencing strong growth and is seeking an experienced Pre -Owned Vehicle Manager to help lead and scale one of the most critical departments in our dealership. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and takes pride in building inventory strategies, developing people, and delivering a premium customer experience that aligns with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Requirements

:

• Manage all aspects of the used vehicle operation, from acquisition to retail
• Source, price, and manage inventory with a focus on turn, margin, and market alignment
• Lead, coach, and develop the used car sales team
• Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team on forecasting and strategy
• Maintain high standards for reconditioning, merchandising, and customer experience
• Prior experience as a Used Car Manager or Assistant Used Car Manager
• Strong understanding of market pricing, inventory analytics, and vehicle sourcing
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on management style
• Professional, organized, and brand-focused mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $136,356.00 per year
