Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong back ground in sales,proven track record, hard working, able to close sales, we are a golf cart dealer, 12 years in business .must be professional, honest, dress code is required. salary plus commission .

Duties

• Must have social media skills, be able to maintain a website,
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on outside sales, business development, and account management
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners through effective negotiation and customer service skills
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage customer accounts Skills
• Strong understanding of technology or technical sales environments
• Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to develop effective marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives
• Strong business development skills with a focus on expanding client base
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
