True World Foods New York LLC is a premiere seafood and Japanese products distribution company with 24 locations nationwide. We specialize in supplying high-end restaurants and retail markets with Japanese sushi-grade products and services. We are currently looking for a result-driven experienced or entry level Sales Representative to provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customers relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to provide up to date information regarding product availability, quality and prices.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to meet their needs and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide management with reports on customer leads, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Work cohesively with other departments, including Purchasing, Delivery, Production, Night Order and Customer Service to improve customer experience.
• Regularly attend department and cross-function meetings to address sales and service issues.
• Monitor customer payments to ensure their account stays in good standing.
• Offer new products and services to customers as they become available.
• Discover prospective new customers through means such as cold calling to achieve agreed upon sales target within the allotted time frame provided.
• Guide new customers through the on boarding process such as the credit application.
• Performs daily HACCP & sanitation related tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Skills:
• Proven work experience and/or knowledge as a sales representative
• Ability to analyze the territory/ market potential, track sales and status reports
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deductions skills
• Ability to tailor presentations regarding the need of the customer
• Highly motivated and target driven with good relationship management skills
• Fluent in Japanese and/or Chinese Job

Requirements

• Familiar knowledge of MS Office
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to learn Education
