Job Title: Vice President of Sales - Plastics & Dermatology Location: In-Person, Danville Reports to: Ownership and Head of Marketing
Position Summary
The Vice President of Sales - Plastics & Dermatology will be responsible for driving growth across all aesthetic, plastic surgery, and dermatology product lines. This executive will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution --owning daily, weekly, and monthly growth goals, managing sales pacing, and personally engaging in high-value consults and conversions. The role requires a strong commercial leader who can build and manage a top-performing sales team while also directly influencing revenue generation and margin optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Growth Management
- Fully own daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Create daily pacing charts , track progress, and drive accountability across the sales organization.
- Design and execute monthly promotions, incentives, and growth campaigns to accelerate conversions.
- Lead by example--actively sell and close high-value consults while coaching the team to meet and exceed individual quotas. Team Development & Performance
- Recruit, train, and manage a national or regional sales team of consultants and account executives.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide actionable coaching to improve close rates and consult conversions. Market Development & Relationship Management
- Expand reach within plastic surgery, dermatology, and med spa markets.
- Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) , clinic partners, and referral networks.
- Reactivate and convert unconverted leads through systematic outbound campaigns and re-engagement strategies. Event & Program Execution
- Develop and maintain an monthly events calendar (conferences, workshops, patient education events).
- Support on-site events to drive awareness and consult bookings.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless execution and follow-up. Profitability & Margin Optimization
- Identify and prioritize top-margin procedures and services to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to align pricing, promotional, and channel strategies with profit goals.
- Track case mix and procedure growth to ensure sustainable financial performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Medical leadership to support campaigns, launches, and patient experience initiatives.
- Collaborate on CRM workflows, reporting, and lead management to ensure full-funnel visibility and accountability. Analytics & Forecasting
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and weekly pacing summaries.
- Analyze sales performance by procedure, margin, and conversion source to inform decisions.
- Implement and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for real-time tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Experience:
- 7-10+ years of progressive sales leadership in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical device sectors.
- Proven record of scaling multi-regional or national sales organizations.
- Direct experience selling to or working within the plastic surgery or dermatology industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of consultative sales, aesthetic procedure economics, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and hands-on sales ability.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on daily metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. Performance Metrics
