Zanette Aviation Insurance Service is a fast-paced, family-owned agency specializing in aviation policies. We're industry specialists with over 30 years of experience, and decades-long relationships with clients and the broader industry. We're expanding our team to include a full-time Insurance Broker (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, is a motivated self-starter, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and industry contacts. Their primary duties will be to renew & market existing accounts, provide insureds with ongoing support, and offer exceptional service to prospects and current clients. This is a mid-tier position, with room for growth within the company. JOB DUTIES:

• Review and tender quotes for existing policies.
• Process client policy changes and endorsement requests.
• Discuss coverage questions with prospects and current clients.
• Facilitate and manage individual claims as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting criteria for agency carriers and work directly with insurance carriers.
• Act as back-up for other brokers in the office as necessary.
• Perform special projects at management's request.
• Participate in the overall Company effort to develop and maintain strong relationships with insureds and aviation insurance representative through positive professional contact.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and actively support and promote a positive public image for the Company. REQUIREMENTS:
• A B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• California Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent handwriting.
• Interest in aviation is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with dogs occasionally in office and on office premises, as we are located in a dog-friendly building. COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid vacation and holidays; and sick leave. Salary range is between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience level. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
