Westbury Toyota is seeking an Assistant Used Car Manager. The Assistant Used Car Manager will oversee inventory management, pricing, sales strategy, marketing, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing pre-owned vehicle sales, a strong ability in customer satisfaction and maximize profitability and is self-motivated with the drive to succeed in one of the Tri-State's largest volume dealerships. Responsibilities

:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the used vehicle sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage used car inventory, pricing, and merchandising using Vauto software.
• Tracks customer interest in vehicles not in stock (lost sales).
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless customer experience and drive dealership-wide success.
• Track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
• Attends managers' meetings as requested.
• Maintains professional appearance.

Qualifications

:

• Valid Driver's License.
• 5-10 years of experience in used vehicle management and sales.
• Proficiency in Vauto and dealership management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
