Job Description

: The Fitness Sales Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle, including B2B commercial sales and outside sales opportunities. This role requires the ability to develop and maintain strong product knowledge while building lasting relationships with both individual and business clients. Motivated, fitness-oriented self-starters with a passion for outstanding customer service will thrive in this upscale, high-energy retail and commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide every customer with an outstanding experience, both in-store and through outside sales efforts.
• Develop and manage B2C retail and B2B commercial sales accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Conduct outside sales activities to expand our customer base beyond the retail environment.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote products, engage with potential clients, and drive sales.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver professional, knowledgeable product demonstrations and consultations.
• Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Assist with merchandising activities to enhance product visibility.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using computer systems.
• Support the upkeep and appearance of the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Open to working flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in professional sales; B2B commercial sales and outside sales experience a strong plus.
• Social media marketing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment or a background in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in technology and general computer literacy. What We Offer:
