Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client support while helping drive business success? We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our high-performing Sales Support team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Sales Account Managers by coordinating and executing high-quality sales and marketing activities, assisting with client onboarding, and resolving client inquiries with precision and care. As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our client engagement process--ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while helping to grow and maintain our expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Support external sales team by servicing new and existing client accounts.
• Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Own client issues from initial report through resolution, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by diagnosing problems and identifying effective solutions. Configure and deploy point-of-sale (POS) software, apps, and devices.
• Manage vendor and reseller processes, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Collaborate with software development teams to test and validate new software releases.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in a professional office setting. Skills & Competencies
