Event Associate - Community Outreach Department (Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Training Provided) Join our community outreach team and help support meaningful nationwide nonprofit initiatives through in-person engagement and event-based marketing. As an Event Associate, you'll represent our approved nonprofit partners at scheduled community activations, pop-ups, and local events -- connecting with the public and building awareness for important causes. If you're outgoing, people-oriented, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment, this role offers hands-on experience and clear advancement opportunities. What You 'll Do

• Participate in community events, pop-ups, and outreach activations
• Connect with the public through face-to-face conversations about current nonprofit campaigns
• Assist with event setup, on-site coordination, and daily outreach goals
• Gather basic feedback from community members to support ongoing campaign strategy
• Represent our nonprofit partners with professionalism and positivity
• Work collaboratively with your outreach team to achieve daily and weekly campaign objectives What We Offer

• Full-time, Monday-Friday availability
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and engage with the public
• Customer service, sales, or event experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

• Projected Annual Earnings: $40,000 - $62,000 annually (Based on weekly base pay plus achievable performance incentives) Job Type: Full-time
