Outside Sales Representative -- HomeSpec Leads Provided | $100K -$200K+ Potential | Uncapped Commission HomeSpec is redefining the homeowner experience in foundation, waterproofing, and concrete repair, and we're growing our sales team. This is a consultative, high-income outside sales role where you'll meet with homeowners at warm, pre-set appointments, inspect their property, diagnose issues, present solutions, and close deals that truly help people protect their homes. What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete
• Build proposals, present solutions, and close sales
• Build trust, referrals, and repeat business

What You Bring

• Sales experience preferred (home improvement/construction a plus -- we will train)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with technology and mobile tools
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
