Automotive Sales BDC Representative High volume Toyota dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced Sales BDC Representative. Must be professional, upbeat, detail- oriented, and able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS. Automotive Sales BDC experience preferred but may consider the right individual.

Responsibilities

Include: - Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling a sales or service appointment - Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met - Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded - Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects

Compensation

: -$500 Signing Bonus - Aggressive Pay Plan, based on experience level - Base Hourly Plus Commission - Health
