Overview

: We're seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the NYC market by building and maintaining relationships with commercial electrical contractors. This role focuses on field sales -- calling on contractors, job sites, and offices to provide pricing, technical support, and responsive service.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and union electrical contractors
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
• Partner with inside sales and operations teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery
• Conduct on-site visits and product presentations
• Stay current on product lines, market trends, and competitive pricing
• Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

:

• Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the electrical distribution or related industry
• Established relationships with NYC commercial electrical contractors (Local 3 experience a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer:
