Health Support Specialist (Entry-Level) - Insurance Services Location: In Office Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Summary

We are hiring a Health Support Specialist to support individuals during the health insurance enrollment process. This entry-level role focuses on providing accurate information, assisting with applications, and delivering a positive client experience. No previous insurance experience is required. Paid training is provided to help you succeed in this role through our runners program.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries regarding health insurance enrollment
• Provide general information on available health coverage options
• Assist with application completion and documentation
• Update and maintain client records in internal systems
• Follow compliance guidelines and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily activity goals

Qualifications

• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working on the phone and using computer systems
• Ability to follow processes and learn new information
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
