Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
• Engage in negotiation processes to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and business development.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
• Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and nurture existing client relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with telemarketing practices and outbound calling techniques.
• Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs effectively.
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities.
