Overview

We are seeking an Executive or Functional Leader to support and drive performance across Sales, Operations, and/or Finance , depending on experience and strengths. This role partners closely with ownership and senior leadership to improve execution, profitability, and long-term growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Include:

• Provide leadership across sales, operations, and financial functions
• Drive revenue growth through sales strategy, customer relationships, and team development
• Improve operational performance across workflow, production, logistics, and efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P &L performance
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning and execution
• Develop and mentor management teams while fostering accountability and strong culture
• Align cross-functional teams to support scalable growth

Requirements

:

• Leadership experience within building materials, manufacturing, or distribution
• Background in sales leadership, operations management, and/or financial oversight
• Strong understanding of P &L management and performance metrics
• Proven ability to lead teams through growth and change
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
