Automotive Service BDC Representative High volume Toyota dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced Service BDC Representative who is professional, upbeat, and detail-oriented. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS. Service BDC experience preferred but may consider the right individual.

Responsibilities

Include: - Assist customers in scheduling to meet with a service consultant - Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met - Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded - Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects

Compensation

: - $500 Signing Bonus - Aggressive Pay Plan, based on experience level - Base Hourly Plus Commission - Health
