Overview

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires someone who can work well with others while also being self-driven and effective independently. The ideal candidate understands that great car sales are built on trust, communication, and creating a personal--not just transactional--customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance team while managing your own deals and customers
• Call, text, and email customers promptly and professionally, following company communication standards
• Build rapport with customers by creating a genuine, personal buying experience
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the purchasing process
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of current inventory and vehicle features
• Accurately manage leads, customer information, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Present pricing, financing options, and dealership products clearly and confidently
• Learn and sell warranties, VSC, GAP, and other front-end and back-end products
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus)
• Previous CRM experience required; ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently in digital systems
• Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email, and in-person)
• Ability to understand vehicles and learn inventory quickly
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to improve and succeed in sales
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends
