Full description of the position

True World Foods New York LLC is a premiere seafood and Japanese products distribution company. We specialize in supplying high-end restaurants and retail markets with Japanese sushi-grade products. We are currently looking for an entry-level or experienced Sales Representative that can develop sales to new and existing accounts and be a primary company representative to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Regularly interact with customers to provide information about product availability, quality and prices.
• Regularly interact with purchasing, delivery, production, night order and customer service personnel in order to exchange information about the customer's needs and problems.
• Monitors customer payments and ensures that customers' payments and credit are in good standing.
• Offers new products and services to customers as they become available.
• Looks for prospective new customers and guides the new customers through the credit application process.
• Regularly attends department and cross-function meetings to address sales and service issues.
• Performs daily HACCP & sanitation related tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Job

Requirements

• Familiar knowledge of MS Office
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to learn
• High School Diploma, Associate, or Bachelors Degree Work Schedule:
• Schedule times may vary Supplemental pay
• Commission pay
