Are you passionate about making a difference in children 's lives through STEM/STEAM education? Are you an entrepreneurial, driven leader looking for a purpose-driven business opportunity? We are an experienced children's enrichment franchise operator with over 10 years of success, now expanding with a new franchise concept focused on hands- on, project-based learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. We are seeking a founding partner to help launch, lead, and grow this exciting business. What You 'll Do

• Help launch and co-own a new children 's STEM/STEAM franchise
• Oversee business operations and day-to-day management
• Build and lead a small, high-performing team
• Develop relationships in the community with schools, parents, and local partners
• Collaborate on business planning, marketing, and growth strategies
• Deliver an exceptional educational and enrichment experience for children

Qualifications

• Strong passion for children's education and youth enrichment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead and make decisions
• Experience in business management, education, or franchise operations a plus
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Willingness to invest (financial details to be discussed in confidence)
