Who You Are

• Proven success in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales
• Experience recruiting, training, and leading independent sales reps
• Self-driven, coachable, and hungry to build something that lasts
• Based in or near Lubbock, TX (or remote with 3+ years of merchant services leadership experience)

Compensation

Year 1 Earnings: $150,000 -$250,000+ realistic first-year income (Draw + Commission + Bonuses + Residuals) Year 2 Growth: Most Sales Directors exceed $250K -$400K as their teams and residuals scale. Top Performer Track: Established leaders who build strong teams routinely earn $500,000+ , and several surpass seven figures by years 2 -3, driven by scalable overrides and lifetime residual income. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor leadership role with full autonomy, long-term income growth, and lifetime residuals on every producing account.
