Sell high-end kitchens. No cold calling. Leads come to you. Consumers Kitchens & Baths is hiring sales professionals to design, present, and close kitchen remodeling projects inside our top-performing showrooms.

What You'll Do

• Sell high-ticket kitchen and bath remodeling projects in one of our award-winning showrooms
• Design, present, and close solutions tailored to homeowners and remodeling professionals
• Work with pre-qualified walk-ins, appointments, and referrals -- no cold calling or outside sales
• Focus on selling -- our dedicated teams handle lead generation, logistics, and customer service
• Work 4 to 5 structured showroom shifts per week (38-42 hours), including a guaranteed 3-day weekend off every third week What You 'll Earn
• Six-figure income potential with no cap on commission Guaranteed Paid Training
• $800/week for 8 weeks of classroom + in-showroom training
• $1,000/week for 13 weeks during early ramp-up After training, earn:
• Monthly commission draw (no repayment if below draw)
