Job Summary

Casanova Event Resource | Bay Area Casanova Event Resource is a fast-growing, full-service party & event rental company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and luxury productions across the Bay Area. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship- driven Event Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and client inquiries
• Prepare rental quotes, close sales, and manage accounts
• Upsell inventory, upgrades, and additional services
• Maintain strong relationships with planners, venues & caterers
• Track pipeline and meet monthly sales goals
• Represent the Casanova brand with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Experience in event sales, hospitality, catering, venue, or rental industry
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Confident closer with customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Passion for events and long-term relationship building

Compensation

• Base Pay: $3,000 - $4,500 per month
• Commission: 3%-7% of revenue closed
