Outside Sales - Commercial & Residential Roofing Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

: $75,000 -$190,000 (Base salary + commission) Are you looking to join an energetic, fast-growing company and help strengthen a high-performing sales team? Avondale Roofing is the place for you! We are an exterior construction company specializing in commercial/flat roofing and residential/shingle roofing with locations throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We're ready to expand and are seeking our next standout sales professional. Job Expectations

• Strong Sales Background and/or Strong knowledge of commercial/residential roofing systems. (Experience may come from field work or sales roles.)
• Solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to diagnose and solve customer needs--from simple leaks to complex issues
• High energy, coachable, and driven with a strong "can-do" attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers, assess roofing needs, and provide expert recommendations
• Prepare estimates and write bid proposals for new business opportunities
• Present proposals via phone, email, or in person
• Follow up diligently and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets Job

Requirements

• Ability to carry and set up a 50 lb ladder
• Comfortable climbing and walking roofs at varying heights
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License (Required) What We Offer
