Key Responsibilities

: - Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences. - Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Audi vehicles, both new and used, to effectively showcase features, benefits, and options to customers. - Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. - Relationship Building: Build long-lasting relationships with customers through follow-up communication and personalized service. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments including finance, service, and management to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.

Requirements

: - Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required; training will be provided. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
