Responsibilities

:

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople and manages sales staffing and training (including on the job training) in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Meets annual and monthly objectives for used unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Maintains used vehicle inventory.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential.

Qualifications

:

• At least two years of management experience in the auto industry
• At least 5 years of automotive sales experience
• Ability to reach a minimum quota according to dealership standards
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Authorized to work in the USA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
