Continental Western Corporation (CWC) is recognized for high quality products and excellent customer service and has been a leader in its field for over 60 years. With branch offices across the U.S., CWC supplies a complete line of packaging, strapping, safety, cordage and janitorial products. As a CWC Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors on the phone and in person. In a pleasant and efficient manner, you will proactively initiate sales opportunities to existing and prospective customers, provide support to our outside sales staff and work as part of a team to handle the day to day operations of a busy sales office.

• Inside sales / Customer Service experience in a similar or related industry
• Self motivated with the ability to excel with minimum supervision.
• Excellent Verbal / Written Communication Skills.
• Computer Experience, including working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of Prophet 21.
• Ability to "multi-task" in busy sales office is essential.
