Full description of the position

Our client, a well-established supplier of industrial materials is seeking a full time Junior Sales Representative to support their in-office sales operations. The successful candidate will help drive revenue growth through client engagement, sales support, and product knowledge development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Engage in active outreach to market company products and services
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
• Build and manage client and supplier relationships.
• Gain familiarity with the company's product lines and their industrial applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (field of study preferred: Business, Chemistry, or related discipline)
• 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in chemical, materials, or industrial sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales reporting tools
