We're an established auto parts company in Clifton, NJ , looking for a reliable and motivated Office Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy working with customers and have strong communication and organizational skills, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries and orders
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and handle payment processing
• Maintain product and inventory knowledge to provide accurate information
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Support other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in auto parts sales , customer service , or office work preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable and able to work well with a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
