The Opportunity We're looking for a Sales & Design Consultant who can guide clients from initial inquiry through concept, design, and contract. This role blends relationship-based sales, creative design input, and consultative problem- solving. You'll work directly with qualified leads who are seeking premium outdoor spaces -- not price shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand lifestyle, vision, and budget
• Present SiteWorx's design philosophy, construction standards, and process
• Collaborate on pool and outdoor living designs (pools, spas, kitchens, fire features, structures, etc.)
• Prepare and present proposals with confidence and clarity
• Manage follow-ups and move projects efficiently toward contract
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking
• Represent SiteWorx professionally in the field and in the community Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years of sales experience (construction, design, real estate, or luxury services preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Design-minded with an eye for aesthetics and detail
• Comfortable selling high-ticket projects ($100k -$350k+)
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional
• Familiarity with construction principles, pools, outdoor living, or residential construction is a plus.
• Ability to navigate one of the AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Structure Studios or similar 3d modeling/CAD software. What We Offer
