Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting day-to-day office operations while assisting the sales team.

Responsibilities

:

• Answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
• Handle complaints or escalate issues to the sales manager when needed.
• Assist the sales team with preparing sales orders, invoices, and sales reports
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing excellent customer service
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department.
• Track delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
• Support follow-ups, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales support role preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish)
