We are looking for -.+ Experienced BDC Representative to join their team! Must have Minimum One Year Automotive BDC Experience . Our Customer Relation Coordinators earn a salary PLUS commissions and Bonus with many opportunities for advancement!!! Flexible 40 Hour Work Week with some Evenings. Saturdays and Sundays is a must!! Our Customer Relation Coordinator (BDC) Representative is the first person our customers speak whether it's online / Text messaging and or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customer's needs. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive experience, or any other customer service/telephone contact experience.

Responsibilities

include:

• Answering all incoming calls to the department and scheduling appointments
• Answering all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership
• Making phone calls to customers after visiting the showroom to find out about their experience
• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services via phone, email, text or chat.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions

Requirements

:

• Basic phone & computer skills
• Must have a clear, articulate and pleasant speaking voice
• Must be dependable reporting to work every day on time.
• Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
• Excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills a plus.
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule which will include evening and Saturday hours. BENEFITS
