Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos to showcase features and benefits
• Conduct upselling by recommending additional items or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and attractive
• Stock shelves regularly, manage inventory levels, and assist with merchandise replenishment
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support store operations through basic retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with store policies related to cash handling, security procedures, and safety protocols
• Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment in the store
• Engage with customers in bilingual communication to serve diverse community needs effectively
