Job Title: Outside Referral Sales Representative (Home Care Leads) -- Entry Level Hunter Location: Denver Metro | Field-based Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're hiring an entry-level Outside Sales "Hunter" to build relationships with professional referral partners and generate home care leads. If you like being out in the community, setting meetings, following up, and hitting weekly goals --this is for you. What You 'll Do

• Meet referral partners in person across your territory; schedule meetings and follow-ups.
• Deliver short presentations and in-services to educate partners on referral needs and how to connect families quickly.
• Generate qualified inquiries and track activity and outcomes in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast response to new leads and a strong family experience.
• What We 're Looking For
• 1+ year of sales/outreach experience (healthcare a plus).
• Comfort with cold outreach + face-to-face relationship building. Organized, consistent, and goal-driven; strong follow-through.
• Driver's license + reliable vehicle; comfortable with field work.

Compensation
