Position Summary

: We're seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Agent / Account Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals. This is an exempt, 100% commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, email, and social platforms
• Present and explain our marketing services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work collaboratively with our internal marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay current on marketing trends and service offerings

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (marketing industry preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting
• High level of professionalism and integrity

Compensation

: This is an exepmt, commission-only position. Top performers have the potential to earn well above industry averages. Commission rates and structure will be discussed during the interview process. Job Type: Full-time
