Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience in automotive sales
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and retail sales abilities
• Proficient in outbound sales and sales support
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
• Negotiation skills and experience in high-end sales
• Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner to understand their automotive needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory is well-managed and displayed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
