Overview

Liberty Lift Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Down Hole Rod Pump Field Sales Person to join our team. This individual will serve as a technical sales representative, building strong customer relationships while offering expert knowledge of downhole rod pumps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and repairing rod pumps and the ability to communicate technical solutions in a way that builds trust and drives business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field regarding downhole rod pump services and products.
• Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical support and make informed recommendations based on customer needs.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with operations, shop, and field personnel to ensure seamless customer service.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support customer needs after hours.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience building and repairing downhole rod pumps
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player who follows directions and contributes to group success.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to varying field conditions Job Type: Full-time
