Eminent Auto Hail Repair | Dallas -Fort Worth, TX Eminent Auto Hail Repair is hiring motivated Auto Hail Repair Sales Representatives to help drivers recover from hail damage using paintless dent repair (PDR). This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role focused on identifying hail-damaged vehicles and converting those opportunities into completed PDR repair jobs. This position is ideal for individuals with sales, door-to- door, automotive, or insurance experience who are looking for uncapped earning potential and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and parking lots after hail events
• Knock doors and approach vehicle owners with hail-damaged vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and identify hail damage
• Educate customers on the PDR and insurance claim process
• Set inspections and close PDR repair jobs
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Work directly with management and repair teams
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production goals

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Door-to-door or canvassing experience strongly preferred
• Automotive or insurance experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Comfortable working long days during hail events
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required Performance-Based Sign-On Bonus New hires are eligible to earn up to $3,000 in sign-on bonus incentives , paid based on verified inspections, approved PDR repairs, and completed production milestones.
