• Educate customers on materials, options, and financing

• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals What You 'll Need
• Strong in-home or consultative sales experience (home improvement a plus)
• A closer's mindset with the ability to overcome objections
• Professional communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfort working evenings/weekends when homeowners are available
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Tech comfortable -- able to use an iPad and digital tools
• Ability to pass a background check Schedule
