• Develop and organically grow a book of Commercial P&C insurance business
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospects
• Conduct risk assessments and deliver tailored insurance solutions
• Provide an exceptional, value-driven client experience
• Exceed sales goals through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills What We Offer

• Existing business relationships in the DFW area (a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

• Competitive compensation structure with validation program during the first 3 years
• High income potential and long-term growth from your book of business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
