They provide scanning automation tools that allow companies to take their entire team paperless, and fast! Additionally, they assist HR departments in online file storage, cloud collaboration and automated onboarding integrations. This company has been around and had consistent growth for over 23 years and are equally dedicated to their employees and their clients. They are currently hiring for a SaaS Sales Development Representative to help them foster new relationships and gain further visibility in the market. The ideal candidate would come with sales experience in HR, Education, or Healthcare, so they can come in on day 1 and make an impact. • Base salary $50,000-$60,000 first year (OTE $75,000-$90,000)
• Uncapped commission earning potential (top performers bringing home $4,000/month on top of base salary)

• Previous B2B software sales or SDR/BDR experience required
• Proven success in lead generation environments
• Familiarity with prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments for Specialists
• Work in the office, conducting approximately 10 outbound quality calls per hour
• Log call information and resulting follow-up tasks in our CRM platform, HubSpot
• Achieve goals for productivity, quality of calls, and set appointments
