Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service with Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. This role is vital in building strong relationships with our tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with customers. This position requires a standard 40 hour work week to include working Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm .

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients at the front desk.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs
• Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, including phone call reminders for package pick up at the Luxor One lockers.
• Monitor clubhouse and other common areas.
• Assist with Payables and sending files to collections
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database
• Communicate daily with management team
• Represent Park Regency professionally through dress and upbeat, positive attitude
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience is REQUIRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
