We're seeking a results driven and strategic Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in networking, and passionate about helping clients maintain clean, safe, and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and residential cleaning sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts that align with company goals and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Represent Sparks Cleaning Services professionally in networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (janitorial or facility services experience a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
