A well-established designer, importer, and wholesaler of infant apparel, gifts and accessories is seeking a fast-paced, multitasker, fast learner and motivated individual with a strong interest in learning all facets of the children's wear industry. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced company experiencing rapid expansion

Job Description

• Manage department stores and specialty business utilizing selling reports and proprietary system
• Provide customer service to existing accounts
• Review and manage inventories
• Maintain showroom
• Update and maintain key documents, such as weekly ATS, Price Sheets, and CADS. Sales reports, order tracking, and customer updates, on a daily/weekly basis
• Detail oriented on labeling new samples, keeping racks of clothing stocked with both new and old inventory, tidiness of showroom and monitoring open orders for the sales force
• Take notes during customer meetings, recap key points, and share action items with both internal and external teams
• Help coordinate trade shows, showroom appointments, and buyer meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
• Assist the sales team with order management, data entry, and follow-ups.
• Process and manage all customer Purchase Orders (POs) from receipt through completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong computer skills
• Self-Motivated
• Blue Cherry experience preferred
• Some travel required (sample drop off to buyers & trade shows )
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus!
• 1+ years of experience in a sales, administrative, or customer service role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
