Position Summary

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Advisors for our North Dallas / Plano team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on engaging with customers, presenting products and services, and providing a positive customer experience on behalf of nationally recognized brands. No experience required -- training provided. We're looking for motivated individuals who want a long-term career path with leadership opportunities. What You 'll Do

• Engage with customers in person to explain product offerings
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with brand standards
• Present solutions, answer questions, and guide customers through enrollment
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Attend team training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Track leads, conversations, and customer feedback accurately What We 're Looking For Required:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation to and from daily field locations
• Full-time availability Preferred (but not required):
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience
