Hiller Ford is growing and currently seeking a Car Sales Representative to join our Automotive Dealership.

Qualifications

:

• Customer Service/people skills required
• Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
• Prior Automotive Dealership experience not required, we will train

Compensation

: Guaranteed pay structure based on performance:

• $4,000/month guarantee during your first 4 months
• 3-month training period (commission-based after)
• Weekly cash bonuses & monthly training incentives
• Flexible schedule - average 45 hours per week- No Sundays
• Uncapped commission

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features during test drives
• Guide customers through a professional, step-by-step sales process
• Build long-term relationships and follow up with clients for future opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed goals
• Continuously improve through sales training and mentorship

• A solid background in sales or customer service.
