Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in 2026. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire vehicle-buying process --from initial digital inquiry to final delivery. You will leverage modern sales tools and deep product knowledge to provide a seamless, high-integrity shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Greet customers in the showroom and respond to online/phone inquiries promptly. Listen actively to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all inventory, including traditional internal combustion engines (ICE), hybrids, and electric vehicles (EVs).
• Demonstrations & Test Drives: Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key safety, technology, and performance features.
• Negotiation & Closing: Work with the Sales and Finance (F&I) managers to negotiate fair pricing, trade-in values, and financing terms.
• Digital Lead Management: Utilize CRM software to manage a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent, professional follow-up.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Driver 's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, mobile sales apps, and digital communication platforms.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex financing or technical features simply. MUST BE BILINGUAL
