Windy City Harley-Davidson is looking for a driven and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team! Responsibilities

:

• Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team.
• Assist with daily operations including sales floor management, deal structure, and customer engagement.
• Help set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for Fit Specialists and sales staff.
• Maintain compliance with all Harley-Davidson and dealership sales processes.
• Collaborate with the F&I and Marketing teams to drive traffic and maximize profitability.

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of experience in motorcycle or automotive sales leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to hit targets.
• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
• Proficiency with DMS/CRM systems (Talon, Lightspeed, or similar).
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement preferred. We Offer:
