Sales Representative - Roofing, Windows & Exterior Home Improvement Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses | High Earning Potential Coast 2 Coast Roofing & Exteriors is hiring Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing home improvement team. This is a full-time opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in outside sales, roofing sales, and residential construction sales. Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
• Perform basic roof and exterior inspections (training provided)
• Present roofing, windows, siding, and exterior solutions
• Close residential sales contracts
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications

:

• Experience in sales, outside sales, roofing sales, or home improvement sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
