Entry-Level Real Estate Agent (Rentals) - No Experience Needed (Training Provided) Rockstar Brokers | North Jersey, NJ (Hybrid: Remote + In-Person Showings) Pay: $35,000 - $200,000+ per year (Commission-Based) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time JOB DESCRIPTION Rockstar Brokers is hiring entry-level Rental Agents who want to start showing properties and earning commission in the North Jersey rental market. No experience needed -- we provide training, scripts, and a step-by-step process. This is a performance-based role for motivated, coachable people who want real growth. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist renters in finding the right home based on budget, location, and move-in date
• Schedule and conduct property showings across North Jersey
• Pre-qualify renters so you focus on clients who are ready to move
• Guide clients through the rental process: applications, documents, deposits, and move-in steps
• Communicate professionally with landlords and management companies to keep deals moving
• Track leads and follow the Rockstar process to stay organized and consistent WHAT WE PROVIDE
• Training provided (no experience needed): onboarding, scripts, client qualification, showing process, and deal flow
• Strong support team to help with applications, paperwork, and file organization
• Access to a large rental inventory through our landlord and management company relationships
• Ongoing coaching, accountability, and a clear daily structure

• Coachable, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication skills (text/phone/in-person)
• Ability to travel locally for showings in North Jersey
• Nights/weekends availability is a plus (prime showing times)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Real estate license preferred; if not licensed yet, we can discuss your plan to obtain one COMPENSATION Commission-based. Earnings depend on performance.
